Produced by Discord & Din
in association with Seventh Stage

Lela lives in fear of the memory of her time in a warzone, when her husband used her as a sex slave to survive. Her family remembers her as an ungrateful child who ate the most glorious birthday cake her father could buy. From here she tells her story, years after the trauma, and sets the record straight about her first husband, war, men, and what really happened with the cake.
